Our Circle Meetings are mixed age groups which are led by Year 6 and facilitated by school staff.  They provide an opportunity for everyone to share in decision making and to have their voice heard.

Circle Meetings start with a warm-up activity before opening a discussion on an aspect of school life. Circle Meetings give children a chance to share their views about what they like about our school and how we could make it even better. Minutes of the meetings are taken by the Year 6 children and they feed the outcomes of the discussions back to their class which in turn will be taken to Mrs Martin and the Senior Leadership Team so that the children’s views can be used to shape future changes in our school.
