Educational Supplement
Educational Supplement
Educational Supplement donations to Etz Chaim Jewish Primary School are used to support the school in areas that benefit our pupils, including but not limited to: staffing, educational resources, IT provision, facilities and other school costs. Educational Supplement is essential if our school is to maintain its current standards and provision. We are required by law to point out to you that you are not legally obliged to make your contribution nor does failure to make a contribution mean that your child will be treated any differently as a result. It is important to note that even a small contribution will make a difference.
Educational Supplements are used to fund education and learning opportunities which could not be afforded based on the money we receive from the Government alone. The largest part of any school budget is spent on staff.
Government funding is not designed to cover our Jewish studies programme. This is paid for through these contributions. Jewish studies are taught as both a separate subject and interwoven throughout the curriculum.

If you are a UK taxpayer, by simply completing a Gift Aid declaration, you can boost your donation by 25p for every £1. Please click here to complete the form and return to Mrs Fraser.
* We can also accept donations from business bank accounts, charitable trusts or charity vouchers but as these do not attract Gift Aid, the recommended amount in the table above should be increased by 20%.
If you would like to contribute a different amount or would like any further information or support please contact Mrs Fraser at admin@etzchaim-primaryschool.org.uk
